A member asked:

Would having mild covid 4 weeks ago result in elevated glucose and cholesterol levels in blood work taken earlier this week? elevated about 10% but within acceptable range?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All laboratory/imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, a 10% variation is within the error range for many test results and is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
