Not on my period, yet after getting the marina iud, ive bled on and off and been in pain. not an actual period tho, what would cause bloody tissue like discharge, a good amount of blood, and cramping following, then it stops,& pink when you wipe now?

Continued bleeding/cramping after any kind of IUD insertion should be evaluated by your GYN physician, as the IUD can be pushed into the cervical canal, which causes the discomfort. An ultrasound and pelvic exam should determine if the IUD is not in the appropriate position, and may have to be removed.
