IUD Removal: There are several factors we need to consider here that are unknown. Was this a copper or hormone containing IUD. Did you have intercourse at the correct time to become pregnant and were your periods regular before removal. If you had a Mirena (levonorgestrel) your periods may be irregular for months. Paraguard would have no effect. You may have done the test too early, repeat it in 4-5 days.
