If the diarrhea is not improving, you should have it checked. It is important to stay hydrated and eat a soft, bland diet. If your symptoms are worsening, you may need to go to the nearest ER or urgent care to be sure you are not dehydrated and to diagnose and treat the cause of your symptoms. Call your doctor if your symptoms are not improving. Good luck!

If your symptoms started acutely, and have been present for about five days, it is likely related to viral gastroenteritis, although other possibilities are present. If your symptoms persist much longer, you should be a valuated by your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist. You should ensure that you are very well hydrated. Your urine should be very pale in color. Good luck.
