Sounds: very much like stomach flue or food borne illness. Take liquids as tolerated , avoid spicy foods and see how you are feeling in 24 hours Most food upsets are better in 24 hours...Stomach flue can go on for a few days.Call your Health Care provider is you have very high fever (102 or greater), cannot keep fluids down or have diarrhea for more than 24 hrs Hope this helps and that you feel better Z

Can't tell: One needs to have more information to venture a guess although a viral infection would be high on the list. If you are vomiting a lot , be sure you have enough fluid and electrolyte intake (sports drink). If the problem persists for more than 1-2 days or gets worse, you will need to see your doctor. Whether you need to see your doctor sooner depends on how bad you feel.
