Diarrhea : Diarrhea from a virus can last up to 14 days. As long as there is no blood in the stool, she is urinating several times a day and appears well hydrated it is ok to continue to observe. You could try a probiotic to help restore her good bacteria and avoid fruit juices.

Diarrhea: Children may have two weeks of diarrhea after a viral illness (stomach bug). If the diarrhea has blood in it, lasts more then two weeks or is causing her to become dehydrated (not peeing) then you should bring her in to see her doctor. Also if she's in diapers watch for diaper rash with diarrhea. A good barrier cream like zinc oxide (desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) - or generic) can help prevent rash.
