Unfortunately, chicken pox vesicles can be found on genital skin as well as most of the skin surface. They are shallow and will self-heal over time if you keep the skin clean. They are a potential source of localized bacterial skin infection just like other areas of skin. Close monitoring and frequent rincinf with hydrogen peroxide can reduce infection risk. Antibiotic cream can also help.
