Chickenpox: The skin lesions of chickenpox have clear fluid in them. Once, they "pop open" they can get infected with common bacteria found on the skin. If you lesiosn are not healing and you are now seeing pus- green color or milky white - you need to see your doctor and have that looked at. This has the potential to be a serious complication of chickenpox.
