You have heart muscle damage probably due to one or more blocked coronary arteries and might be at risk for a myocardia infarction (heart attack). A procedure to improve heart muscle blood flow might be a consideration, like angioplasty or coronary artery bypass surgery. Presumably you are in the care of a cardiologist; follow her advice. Good luck.
