It means that there: was a slight abnormality on the nuclear images of the test which the reader interprets as most likely related to things unassociated with your heart or heart problems such as large breasts. The test was within normal limits. It would be like taking your temperature and getting 98.7 rather than 98.6. Not exactly normal but also not indicative of a problem to be concerned about.
