Can a cardiac mri detect heart blocks like left and right bundle branch block?

Heart blocks like you are describing are electrical and thus would not be seen on a cardiac MRI. An EKG diagnoses these bundle branch blocks since that is how the electrical activity of the heart is seen. Good luck to you!!
