The only symptom that suggests a physical problem is urine dripping after voiding, which suggests a prostate or bladder issue. Itching scrotum could be jock itch or similar. That's all: for sure no STI or other infection. Further antibiotics will not help. Discuss with your doctor, or ask for referral to a urologist.
