" Ovarian cysts" are common with confirmed "PCOS", and when a cyst reaches a large size prior to spontaneous rupture, there may be pain associated with orgasm and uterine contractions. Ask your GYN physician about low dose oral contraceptives, which stop ovarian activity, reducing cyst formation, and also help prevent abnormal endometrial cells arising from ovarian excess estrogen.
