A few weeks ago i had an episode of very intense sudden fatigue/tiredness. i had palpitations, mild left scapula and shoulder pain, shortness of breath and mild chest pain. it lasted for 45 minutes. im a woman (41). should i see a doctor?

Even though the "episode" was a few weeks ago. The answer is Yes, One should see their PCP/ Cardiologist for a proper workup as further episodes might not resolve silently. One needs to know the underlying cause and how to control/prevent recurrence.
