Primary physician: I am assuming you are no using any street drugs. Also assuming ekg, stress test, holter were negative. Excessive coffee, energy drinks, and other medication can give your symptoms. Endocrine conditions like overactive thyroid. Anxiety disorders another possibility. I will continue with a good trusted physician that can expend time with you and get a good history and physical.
