I am having rectal discomfort.constant dull headaches gas pains under my shoulder blades and ribs.i also have a vaginal mesh . i have seen my family doctor recently for fatigue and anxiety. i am confused as to what type doctor that i need to see.

Urogynecologist: You should seek evaluation by a urogynecologist with experience in performing vaginal mesh revision surgery. However, your other symptoms are not likely related to the mesh. True vaginal mesh complications include pelvic/vaginal pain, vaginal bleeding, pain with sex, difficult or abnormal urination (after placement), groin pain, or other pelvic symptoms.
