See your doctor!: Left sided chest pain that radiates to the shoulder and is associated with fatigue and shortness of breath is very concerning for a heart or lung problem. This should be evaluated very soon by your doctor with physical exam, ekg, chest x-ray and blood tests. This constellation of symptoms should prompt a visit to the emergency room. I would recommend that you chew an Aspirin and go or call 911.

Get to a doc or ER: Thats a bad combo. Worse case scenario your having a heart attack. Get to a doctor or er.
