: With food poisoning, vomiting is somewhat protective and self limited and should not be always treated, attention should be on rehydration. Zofran or ondansetron is an antiemetic approved for chemotherapy induced nausea, side effects should be discussed with prescriber and/or pharmacist in the context of your other meds/ conditions.
