I have been taking zofran and promethazine for severe nausea and vomiting for my anxiety along with other medicine. i have seen compazine can treat both nausea/vomiting and anxiety. will this be more effective?

Every patient is their own experiment. The only way to tell is to try different things if what you are one is not working. Or the "problem" for which they are being given is not real problem. Always go to Drugs.com and enter ALL meds you are taking into their interaction checker. When you change drugs try to keep a diary of what is going on so you can judge if you are better, the same or worse
