If you have questions concerning the outcome of the surgery , is the surgeon of record. Scar tissue is most common problem. Also positioning of the osteotomy can make a difference in the function of the big toe joint after surgery. What is important is the amount of degrees are the range of motion . Elevation of the joint via osteotomy can cause limited range of motion
