Urine bubbles are not uncommon and if they disappear quickly or do not persist then you have nothing to concern. One may concern if the urine is always foamy and foam is lasting for a while, not dissipating quickly. The urine dipstick test OTC can detect albumin and its detection changes with urine concentration. Urine ketone can be trace to 1+ with starvation or 1-3+ in diabetic ketoacidosis.
