What can cause pulsatile tinnitus accompanied by twitching on the side of head above the affected ear?

I don't see a direct anatomic link between the pulsatile tinnitus & the twitching. I recommend consulting a neuro ototlaryngologist at the department of otolaryngology at a university hospital for evaluation and advice. Any appropriate testing will be performed.
