Unlikely: It's very unlikely that flaxseeds would do anything to improve fertility in you or your husband. Infertility is inability to get pregnant after 12 months of sexual intercourse w/o contraception (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/infertility/basics/definition/CON-20034770). As such, it's time for you both to go see a Reproductive Endocrinologist for thorough evaluation.
