My eye hurts during sleep, it's like being constrained from moving?

You may have dry eye syndrome. Tear production declines during sleep and with the eyelids closed, the normal lubrication caused by blinking is reduced. Use either an oil based tear supplement or a petroleum based lubricant ( Refresh PM) in both eyes just before bedtime every night. Also daily oral fish oil supplements can help produce a better quality tear. Don’t sleep in contact lens either.
