My child is 7 and was diagnosed with adhd..he started taking 18mg neacon today...he is rolling his tong the whole time and acting very aggresive and irritated..im very concern about him..should i stop the medication?

Stimulants in children with ADHD typically cause sedation or decreased emotionality. If he was acting stimulated and aggressive, you may need to discuss this with his Dr as the diagnosis may not be correct, or he may be having unusual side effects. Either way, the prescribing Dr who is familiar with his care should be the first one you contact.
