Any antibiotic can lead to a yeast infection because the bacteria that typically keep the yeast under control are killed by the antibiotic. You can get treatment over the counter-ask the pharmacist if you don’t know what to buy. Or, call your doctor. Feel better soon!

Any antibiotic can upset the balance between lactobacillus and yeast in the vagina; so it's quite possible that has happened. There are OTC antifungal creams available to treat the condition, but if it persists, see your gynecologist for exam and possible prescription for stronger antifungal medicine.
