I think i have a resistant yeast infection, what should i do? (yeast confirmed 3x by obgyn, took both fluconazole and terconazole and it hasn't gone away. i also took monistat 7 day and it got better but didn't go away.)

Azole resistance: About 10% of vaginal yeast infections are caused by types of yeast resistant to all the4 "azole" drugs -- which includes all three of hte treatment you mention. Speak with your doctor about other options, such as micafungin, nystatin, and others.
