I have a 6inch scar 8inches under my armpit from a rib removal 10 years ago. black tiny spots always show up along the scar. and i have to tweeze them out. alwaysgrow back. hard/ long. maybe 1-2mm long. hurts so bad. happened since the surgry. idk?

It could be some type of keloid (Thick raised) scar formation, which sometimes happens after some Skin injuries. A very good option is a visit with a Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management as - at age 22 years, one is still Young with years ahead.
