I have back pain in my lower ribs nex to spine when i lean over and it comes and goes when im laying down frequent urination with some white pus looking stuff and itchy painful back rash on my upper back and one spot on my arm is this kidney disease?

The white matter in your urine may be mucus. In order to diagnose kidney pathology it would help to get imaging study of the kidneys & a urinalysis with microscopic examination of the urinary sediment showing heavy amounts of protein or red blood or white blood cells and a normal examination of the urinary bladder. Back pain& a rash on one side if your back could be shingles. See your MD for advic

Your pain symptoms are more indicative of a musculo-skeletal reason. Re urine you should have a C&S done and drink plenty of water and see a Urologist if C7S abnormal. It does not sound like kidney disease.
