Neuritis: Sounds like you are having abnormal sensation on sides and decrease sensation on trunk. I understand you don't have insurance but you need to be evaluated by a physician asap.

Lumps/bumps: With or without insurance the cause(s) of your lumps/bumps cannot be determined without examination. Please make arrangements to be seen by both a physician and a dentist. To try to guess what and why would only be just that, a guess. And if the guess was wrong, so would be subsequent treatment. Please seek competent examination/evaluation.
