7mm osteoma in the midline right frontal sinus with chronic headaches over eyes for 3 months?

Most osteomas: are incidentally discovered on imaging, are asymptomatic, and require no treatment. Occasionally they are located in a position that might obstruct sinus drainage and thereby cause symptoms. Talk to your doc about whether this finding could potentially be symptomatic, or, more likely, is not significant, in your case.
