Ive been prescribed 4 azithromycin pills and i absolutely cannot swallow pills so i am considering to blend it in my daily berry smoothie. will it taste really bitter or just a little bit? will chocolate be strong enough to mask the flavour?

These pills cannot be crushed. Talk to the doctor who prescribed them and ask for a liquid option.

You could do this and the drug will be effective. But it will be bitter; probably no food can completely mask the bitterness. A powder version may be available. It is designed to be dissolved in water or juice, and the standard dose is the same as either two or four pills, depending on the dose you were prescribed. Ask your pharmacy. (This version still is bitter, but a lot less than the pills.)
