A member asked:

High 0.6 protein ban 1 on blood work everything else normal my doctor said to not worry?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if the result is 0.6 g/dL of a monoclonal immunoglobulin, it needs to be monitored. Wish you good health!
