I have had a small hard lump above/on my left collarbone (smaller than a pea) for 4 months. i have been suffering from a painful feeling in the stomach area for 4 months. should i be concerned about virchow's node? abdominal ultrasound shows nothing?

Abdominal ultrasound is not a valuable study method for stomach lesion. For gastric lesion, upper endoscopy (EGD) is the best because the lesion can be visualized and biopsied. You are relatively young for stomach cancer but if the supra-clavicular lump is indeed an enlarged lymph node, both EGD and lymph node biopsy should be done.
