I have a ringworm on my cheek and i've been using anti fungal cream. i noticed two red dots around 2 inches below it . could this be sign of spreading?? they kind of just seem like pimples, but i don't usually get pimples?

Don't think that those lesions sound like spread. Would also question whether you really have a fungus on your cheeks. Suggest that you see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and if so, be treated appropriately for all of your skin concerns on your face.

I think I might have ringworm on my cheek. I have been using anti fungal cream with clotrimazole for about a week, but there's signs of no improvement and it might have even got worse. It is redder and itchier. Is there anything I should do?
