I have fungal infection on my cheek, treating with cream. when taking a shower, how should it be treated? i've tried to avoid the water getting directly on the area, but some water still splashes on it, and when i get out it's usually red?

Try these combinations. Put on a bathing cap that covers cheek area. Wrap a saran food covering over area and tape it. You could also cut out a piece of aluminum foil and tape it over area.
