I took 200 mg of tramadol and 400 mg of gabapentin. 150 mg out of the 200 was taken about 8 hours ago, and the other 50 was taken around 5 hours ago. the gabapentin was also taken 8 hours ago. i am feeling very sleepy. should i worry?

Hard to fully objectify if you are at risk. If this is the start of consuming these two medications together, this could represent the side effect contribution of both eventuating in drowsiness. You should be aware that sleepiness with opioids may herald a risk of breathing cessation while sleeping. Not knowing more about you, suggest you phone the prescribing doctor NOW and discuss this.
