I was told i have inflammed lungs , does that mean i have copd ....i was prescribed symbicort i don't like steroids plus i take clonazapam for anxiety does that interfere with symbicort?

Please check with your physician and pharmacy. The Symbicort inhaler combines a long acting bronchodilator and anti inflammatory treatment for COPD or asthma typically. A lung imaging study and pulmonary function testing is often useful. Watch for signs of thrush and rinse mouth after use.

No, inflamed lungs are commonly seen after acute infections and may result in persisting symptoms and this is where short courses of inhaled steroids may help. There are no known drug-drug interaction between clonazepam and symbicort, however side effects from each drug remain possible and should be discussed with your prescriber and/or pharmacist.
