Your apparent self-diagnosis of yeast yet again really ought to be confirmed by your doctor; one day of MTZ gel is awfully quick for yeast symptoms to develop. At least discuss with your doctor. If yeast is confirmed or likely, oral fluconazole (Diflucan) may be a better choice than another round of miconazole (Monistat). Good luck.
