Not well-visualized aortic valve is a technical issue, either due to the technologist or your body habitus, so the cardiologist couldn't get any info about this valve by that echocardiogram. Unless cardiologist suspects any problem with this valve by heart exam then test can be redone; otherwise, you have nothing to worry. Trace mitral regurgitation is not a significant finding.
