Pain for past year in my right eye. right eye -1 left -0.75. supposed to wear glasses for the past 5 years but i don't. could this be reason for pain?

Other cause: You are a very low myope and not wearing spectacles to correct this will not cause headaches. There is some other cause. Start with your general physician to analyze this.

Possible: But other causes of the pain should be investigated before this can be determined.

Don't let it go : It can be, but eye pain is never normal and must be investigated.
