Hmm... Bacterial infections of the vagina usually don't itch (the main one is bacterial vaginosis), although the less common desquamative interstitial vaginitis might be possible. Levofloxacin isn't usually used for any of these. It all sounds more typical for a yeast infection, which levofloxacin can worsen. Discuss again with your gyn, including possible trial of yeast treatment. Good luck.
