A month ago i had itching and discharge in my private area. so i went to a gynecologist and she took a vulva swab and it was bacterial infection. now im taking levofolxacin. i dont feel better still itching and become more darker what should i do?

Hmm... Bacterial infections of the vagina usually don't itch (the main one is bacterial vaginosis), although the less common desquamative interstitial vaginitis might be possible. Levofloxacin isn't usually used for any of these. It all sounds more typical for a yeast infection, which levofloxacin can worsen. Discuss again with your gyn, including possible trial of yeast treatment. Good luck.
