I'm 34, premenopausal. i have had a uterine polyp for almost 6 years. we thought it was gone 2021 but looks like it's back last year or it was missed in 2021. if it's the original polyp it shrank alot. what are the chances of it turning into cancer?

Uterine polyps are generally benign, but can cause irregular bleeding. Consult your GYN physician about hysteroscopy, which can often remove polyps in an office operative procedure.
