A member asked:

I had a cheilectomy on the right foot on big toe today afternoon, it's now 11pm and it feels hot and burns on the outside of my foot (little toe). is this normal? i've had 1 tablet of co-dydramol and 1 tablet of naproxen so far?

I feel it is always best to contact the surgeon of record. They know what procedures performed. They know what to expect postop. If not happy with response go to the emergency room. Make sure dressings are not too tight. Swelling can cause this. Use ice keep elevated.
