Mild pain and swelling in arch of right foot, last 2 mon. aleve (naproxen) is not helping. any recommendation?

See a podiatrist: This sounds like a localized problem could be trauma, crystal inflammation like gout or even possible fracture. A podiatrist can evaluate and diagnose and treat all.

Since it has been a while and hasn't improved, i would recommend visiting a podiatrist to determine the actual cause and get it taken care of before it gets worse. It is most likely a quick fix.
