A member asked:

I have pcos and almost every time i'm on my period my tonsil really hurts, they were taken out before but grew back, and then when they stop hurting there's like a couple white bumps under the one. what would cause that?

Get a referral to an ENT physician for an exam and throat culture. Tonsils properly removed do not grow back. Ask your GYN physician about low dose oral contraceptives, which will stop ovarian hormone production, and prevent long term PCOS from causing abnormal cells in the uterine lining.
