If you have sores, cuts ,blisters in your mouth than a STI infection can be transmitted. Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and HIV are possible .Have this guy tested, as well as yourself. Semen carries the HIV virus, be careful and practice safe sex and know your partners.

First try a condom and avoiding oral sex. If you get better it means you have allergy to his sperms. If not better If not pl get checked
