I got a pelvic ultrasound and my right ovary measured 2.1 x 1.5 x 2.3, left is 2.5 x 1.5 x 2.0. im worried that my ovaries are smaller than normal because normal ovarian size for someone my age is 3-5cm. will this cause fertility issues? im 24?

These measurements are well within the normal range. Based on this there is no reason to think you will have fertility issues, especially if you have regular cycles.
