One possible cause is RSV infection. Removal of the nasal mucus with gentle nasal saline spray/bulb suction as needed is often helpful. If there is cough, wheezing or any signs of distress, please see your Pediatrician right away or proceed to the Emergency room, if moderate to severe. Watch for these signs. Discuss whether a Flu, RSV and COVID screening test is available with your PCP.
