No: There are many available over the counter formulations of buffered nasal saline that are designed for the purpose.I use it quite liberally for this problem, often requiring a garden hose like application to be effective.Babies sneezing afterwards helps the product work.

Baby (7 months) seems to have sinus issues. Nose is blocked, red inside & mucus is red too. I use sterima daily and pead idialine drops once every 2nd day or so. We have humidifier on in the room . What else can we do? Does she need stronger meds?
